SwitchEasy™ will accept returns of our products in their original packaging. If you wish to return a product and receive a new one, please send it to us with the original sales receipt. SwitchEasy™ will accept returns on items that under the following conditions:
- Returning a Defective Product under the Manufacturer's Warranty
- Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping
- Ordered the wrong item
Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please contact https://switcheasy.zendesk.com. We will assist you in filing the claim with the shipper who shipped your order. To expedite the process, please keep the item in its original packaging.
