Submit your email request to cs@switcheasy.com or call us at (888) 990-0544 Monday- Friday from 9am to 4pm (PST). If you have reached After Hours, please leave a brief message with your Name, Email Address, and/or contact phone number. A Team Member will then contact you the following business day.

How long does it take to ship?

The Estimated Time of Arrival using First Class Mail on Domestic shipments according to our carrier USPS is 2-5 days depending on the proximity from our shipping facility in San Francisco.

Shipping days are Monday – Friday. We process and ship orders within 24 hours after payment received. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Do you ship outside U.S.?

SwitchEasy ships outside U.S. via FedEx FIMS.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

We offer a two year limited warranty on our products. All warranty decisions are made by SwitchEasy™ and any misuse or abuse of the equipment may void the warranty.

What is your return policy?

SwitchEasy™ will accept returns of our products in their original packaging. If you wish to return a product and receive a new one, please send it to us with the original sales receipt. SwitchEasy™ will accept returns on items that under the following conditions:

  • Returning a Defective Product under the Manufacturer's Warranty
  • Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping
  • Ordered the wrong item

Occasionally a product will get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please contact us. We will assist you in filing the claim with the shipper who shipped your order. To expedite the process, please keep the item in its original packaging.

What are the conditions to Return a product to you?

If you wish to return a product and receive a new one, please send it to us with the original sales receipt. We will accept returns on items that under the following conditions:

  • Returning a Defective Product under the Manufacturer's Warranty
  • Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping
  • Ordered the wrong item
